In this hands-on, practical workshop at Gerringong Town Hall, you’ll learn how to make ricotta, mascarpone and fetta cheeses from the experts.
This activity is being offered by Kiama Municipal Council for residents of Kiama Municipality only. It is at a subsidised cost of $30 per person (RRP $90).
