Attracting Native Animals To Your Garden Workshop – Kiama

22 June 2009 No Comment
July 11, 2009
9:00 amto12:00 pm

Venue: Kiama Downs Childcare Centre

In the Illawarra we have many fascinating animals living around us – in our gardens, over the back fence and in the trees and bushland in our streets. Come to this interactive workshop and learn more about our four legged neighbours and how you can encourage them to stay around. Facilitated by local wildlife guru Peter Nolan from Habitat Ponds, you’ll get hands on experience of building a habitat garden, and be able to view preserved animal specimens, to get a close up look at local fauna.

This is a Sustainable Illawarra activity and is open to residents of Wollongong, Shellharbour and Kiama Council areas only.

Bookings are essential – phone Byron on 4232 0465.
