Join this fun and informative workshop and learn about what foods are best enjoyed to ensure a healthy vegetarian lifestyle, meal plan ideas for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the importance of vegetarian meals in a sustainable lifestyle.

On the day the group will prepare four delicious vegetarian meals and enjoy them together for lunch. This hands on workshop is limited to only 12 participants, and is facilitated by experienced chef and cooking demonstrator Adam Guthrie. Adam has appeared on ABC Radio, written articles for the Natural Health and Vegetarian Life Magazine, and has taught thousands of people how easy it is to cook healthy, delicious vegetarian food through his online cooking classes at and at live cooking demonstrations.

This workshop is being substantially subsidised by Sustainable Illawarra, and the cost to participants is $30 per person compared to the RRP of $55.
