The newly-formed Kiama Community Garden is holding an open day to show the public what they’re planning for the site.
The location is adjacent to Stage 5 of the Blue Haven Retirement Village – park your car in the Leisure Centre Carpark, and walk up to the garden through the sporting grounds.
This is a great opportunity to see the beginning stages of a permaculture garden, and to see how they’ve taken a somewhat difficult site and developed a design to turn it into an oasis of abundance.
