Have you heard about the organic kitchen garden that the Obamas have set up on the White House lawn in the US?
Wouldn’t it be great if our Prime Minister did something similar?
Peter Cundall and Stephanie Alexander think so, and have both called for Mr Rudd to start a vegie patch. So far nothing is happening, though.

G’day Darren, that’d be pretty cool, could get a Kev’s Kitchen segment going. “Live and direct from the Lodge, what’s on the menu tonight Kev?”
Tim: Well, he had that segment on Sunrise for years, so he’s got the TV celebrity background for it
. I’d love to see gardening and lifestyle shows filming segments there, and maybe magazines giving monthly updates on what to plant, what’s being harvested, etc.
