Duck Egg Yolk Pasta With Pesto

It sounds really fancy, but it’s actually just a practical way to use up duck egg yolks after making lots of meringues with the whites! Home made pesto is quick and delicious accompaniment that does the pasta justice.

I love it when Megan makes pavlovas for a party (last weekend it was both Grace’s birthday and Australia Day!). Pavlova bases are made from meringue, which is basically whipped egg-whites and sugar.
